Delete your SastiSawari account & data
If you created a SastiSawari Passenger (pk.sastisawari.user) or Captain (pk.sastisawari.driver) account, you can request permanent deletion of that account and the personal data linked to it.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the SastiSawari Passenger or Captain app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (or Account / Settings).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account is removed and associated personal data is deleted, except limited records we must keep by law or for disputes.
Or request by email / phone
Email us from your registered address (or include your registered phone number) and ask for account and data deletion. We will verify ownership and process the request.
What we delete
Account profile details (name, phone, email), app preferences, and personal data tied to your account. We may retain anonymized analytics, completed trip records needed for legal/tax compliance, and information required to investigate fraud or safety incidents, for as long as the law requires.
Processing time
In-app deletion is processed immediately when eligible (for example, after any active ride is completed or cancelled). Email requests are typically completed within 30 days after we verify your identity.
