یہ پرائیویسی پالیسی بتاتی ہے کہ Keydevs Technologies / SastiSawari («ہم») پاکستان میں مسافر یا کیپٹن موبائل ایپلیکیشنز اور متعلقہ سروسز استعمال کرتے وقت معلومات کیسے جمع، استعمال، محفوظ اور شیئر کرتے ہیں۔
Who we are
SastiSawari is operated by Keydevs Technologies in Pakistan (packages pk.sastisawari.user and pk.sastisawari.driver). Contact: info@sastisawari.pk.
Data we collect
Account details (name, phone, email), trip details, payment/wallet metadata, device identifiers, usage diagnostics, and support messages.
Location data (including background)
We collect precise location to match passengers with captains, navigate trips, show live tracking, improve safety (including SOS), detect fraud, and calculate distance-based fares. Captain apps may use location while online or on a trip, including when the app is in the background, so requests and navigation remain accurate.
Device permissions
Camera may be used for CNIC/license/document verification photos. Storage/media access may be used to upload profile or verification images. Notifications deliver trip updates and alerts. You can revoke permissions in device settings; some features may stop working.
How we use information
To provide rides and captain tools, process payments/subscriptions, run referral and incentive programs, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the service.
Sharing
We share necessary trip information between passengers and captains, and with processors (maps, hosting, analytics, messaging, payments) under contracts. We do not sell personal data.
Security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data is retained as needed for service, legal, and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized where feasible.
Account & data deletion
You can delete your account and request deletion of associated personal data in the SastiSawari Passenger or Captain app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing info@sastisawari.pk. Full instructions: https://sastisawari.pk/delete-account. We may retain limited records where required by law or to resolve disputes.
Children
SastiSawari is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
